Glitches/Bugs

I just would like to know if the game bugs out often? I've been looking forward to this game when it was announced for console and snatched it up when it went on sale. I just started it and well the fact that the area you wake up in is impossible to get through unless you die or reload your save. And then the first cutscene the one with the merchant played fine up until a certain point and then the dialogue just glitched out on me. Is the game really that broken because if so that's a real shame and I'm playing it on PS5.
