Child fully grown trophy requirements?

So I've spent almost 200 hours on this game, and I've finally gotten all but one trophy. It's A New World, and I'm almost certain my child has been fully grown for years now, but the trophy never popped. I've looked at all the trophy achievers for this and it seems like all of theirs popped just minutes after getting the lost child event trophy. Can anyone please shed some light on the actual requirements for this trophy, because I've even reloaded past saves and watched both events for your child growing up and finding them when they're lost. I'm going to be beyond pissed if this one trophy glitched on me and I've wasted 200 hours of my life for this platinum...

After reaching out to a few of the platinum owners, I was able to find out that you actually need max hearts with your child to cause a picnic event to occur after the lost child event. Thank god I can move on from this game.

Dude... Do you know by any chance how to get the jewel onion? I mean, I wanna move on from this game as well but I just can't... I just spent too many time to just let it go without the plat...

Should be from growing leeks in the snow field during winter, my old notes say it took me a few reloads to get them to mutate.
