'The 10 Mile Race' Glitched Trophy (Solution)

I heard this trophy was buggy even before starting this game but I didn't expect it to be this bad. The guide recommends to delete the game's installation data (not the save file), and I tried doing this but it didn't work. Not 100% sure why this is recommended because my initial thought was that it had something to do with my save file, not the install data.  

 

Anyway, if this trophy glitches for you and the recommended solution from the guide doesn't work, simply wait until you get all other trophies in the game and then delete your save file and the game's install data. Then reinstall the game and load up the final sequence of episode 2 (same sequence where you're driving the taxi for the Cockpit Addict trophy) and drive around for about 20 mins. I just drove the the first 20-30 seconds over and over by crashing my car and having the game respawning me at the start of the sequence. Doing this finally unlocked the trophy.
