Question on Angel and Demon

I hope I didn't lock myself out of the angel and demon trophy. I was able to teleport into The Black House upon immediately entering Arx by sticking a teleporter on the edge of a crate and then moving the crate against the talking door so I could port in, except I made a save upon entering once I discovered the place(without talking to any NPCs) and then fought the demon and after I killed him I reloaded prior to the fight. Does simply discovering The Black House interior lock you out of anything or not? Fane wasn't sworn to anything and I don't think Sebille was either. I just wanted to get the hardest fight out of the way before I tackled everything else.
