Skill Cap?

I've been fairly liberal with what skills I've been building up on this playthrough (since I'm more or less just having fun trying new stuff).

I have a character that uses mainly one-handed weapons, block and heavy armor. However, I've been working on other things randomly as I felt like it, like sneaking, some magic skills, archery, etc. If I spent enough time, would I eventually be able to get all of these skills to 100, or is there some kind of limit?

I realize that perks and stuff are obviously limited to the level cap (I assume that's 50?)... but what about just building skills in general?

The soft cap is 50, the highest level is actually 81 but after 50 it takes a lot longer to level up after reaching 50. And yes you can level up everything to 100 but you obviously have limited perks to allocate in skills.
