Collectibles stopped spawning

So I just finished Sapphire Bay and the collectibles literally stopped spawning. There's a small island to the left of the grotto, there should be a few collectibles there but none are showing. Sonar doesn't pick them up, i went to the tunnel where there was supposed to be a cache and it's not there. Same with another location, the landmark sign that I'm supposed to eat to get that collectible is just not there. Is there anything that can be done or I'm pretty much fucked and I can just uninstall and hide this crap? Because I'm definitely not trying again on another save file. 

 

This is not what I was hoping for after having a short break from trophies.
