Problem with Sony Wireless headset 2.0

Heya

 

I was wondering if any of you had problems?

 

I bought a week ago the new sony wireless headset 2.0 (this one http://www.gamingheadsetshop.be/product/430009/sony-playstation-4-wireless-stereo-headset-2-0.html )

 

Now it works just fine for one problem tough, apparantly when I'm speaking no one hears me, or only hears a little bit.

While I can hear everybody and everyone, no one does hear me...?

 

I know on PS3 you could test your headset, and when you spoke you could hear yourself, so you could see it was working....?

I'm trying on google to find a solution but it's not helping so I wanted to try here...

You should try calling Sony and then they'll troubleshoot it for you 

shouldn't take long , and if there is a fault your covered by the warranty 

 

I myself am getting that headset tomorrow so i'll see if i have the same problem .
