Dolgar Mylna possible silica bug?

I am currently having an issue with the second silica treasure at the Dolgar Mylna raid site, killed everyone and the button on the second silica cluster would not prompt.  I thought I had two much on me so went and upgraded my hugr grip and now only need 10 silica to fully upgrade.  However I fast travelled back to my boat and re prompted a raid and tried to get my men to help me on the last silica cluster and when I ask them, they just ignore me and mill around looking for enemies.  I need that silica, has anyone else experienced this?

 

Edit: Seems I had two stray Muspel enemies hanging around that's why they wouldn't help.
