Steps:

Warning: Leveling up too quickly might ruin your experience with the game. Only use this trick when you're tired of grinding.

Prerequisite: Have Crafting, Smithery, and Synthesis unlocked and raised to lv10.

Step 1: Use Crafting and Smithery on low level material (anything works, including the cheap ones you can buy from the store) to create a lot of weapons, armors, accessories. Keep going until you get 8 pieces with +%EXP Factor (Preferably +125%, but +115% is acceptable), and 4 pieces with +% on Accessories Factor effect Factor. (Preferably +38% or more) This step can take 1-3 hours depending on your luck, so please be patient.

Step 2: Save your game, and select one of the accessories as a base for Synthesis. (Should be the one with low rank, in order to save money) Lock the +%EXP Factor, and synthesize another gear with +%EXP Factor to it. Save after a success, and reload if you lose the +%EXP Factor. Repeat until you have an accessory with 4 +%EXP Factors.

Step 3: Repeat Step 2 with the remaining 4 +%EXP Factor gears.

Step 4: Repeat Step 2 but do it on an armor with +% on Accessories Factor effect Factor.

Step 5: Put Laeticia into your active party, and equip her with Determined Princess passive skill. Equip the armor and the 2 accessories on a single character, and go fight a few enemies in the first secret dungeon or the Den’mohr Delve. The character should level up to 255 after a few fights.

Step 6: Repeat Step 5 for other characters who can equip the same Armor type

Step 7: Go buy a cheap armor of another type (Heavy/Light/Clothing) with no Factor. Use that armor as a base and Synthesize the armor with +% Accessories Factor to it, then repeat Step 5 for the remaining characters.

How it works:
+%EXP Factor and +% on Accessories Factor effect Factor are all multiplicative, so stacking them all together will provide a massive boost to EXP.
