It appears to be bugged. I only got it after 127 missions (in one session). I kept a list.

 

an xbox forum says the counter doesn't seem to be working properly. some got it after 60 missions, others after 150 didn't. some also say it's about the bonus rounds.

 

However for me it popped after a mission. so if it doesn't pop for you just keep going, it should pop randomly

I didnt keep a tally but it felt like much more than 100 for me, and yeah definitely after a mission (filled bar at top of machine), not the bonus round
