I am a bit confused (Chariot Confidant error)

I'm following a guide on thegamer.com and now it's June 3, and Ryuji texted me saying he's going to look for someone. From what I know, this leads to the Chariot Rank 7 event and the guide doesn't say anything about this text on June 3, and says to do the hangout at June 22... but most guides say that this event doesn't happen until the 29th. I'm paralyzed here. Do I say "Good luck" to this text or say "He'll notice you" and have him text me later? I am a bit concerned as if I say "Good luck", that means tonight I'll have to go do that hangout event, right? Please reply ASAP.

 

*sigh* This is what I get for not following the guide from Optinoob like I did many times before. I just want Insta-kill.
