No, it does not disable trophies. I'm earning trophies in that game and I did the code. It actually helps out as it unlocks all of the DLC characters and increases the cheat shop sliders to let you earn a ton of EXP, HL and Mana. Green Z-Saber uses it to boost Valvatorez high enough so that he can blitz through to the first grind stage in 5-2. Also, all of the special DLC episodes unlock but I think that their levels are set and you would probably be annihilated on the first battle map of these and the Netherbattle tournament.
