99% Load Time Completion with everything done

So I have the platinum for this game, have gotten all datapoints, all skills, all tactical guides, completely grown seeds, 100% every map with all secrets and chests but for some reason it shows 99% on my load time completion. The only thing I can potentially think of is maybe I missed a BD-1 upgrade? But I’m pretty sure I have all those too. Does anyone else have this bug where it shows 99% but everything is done? Trying to figure out if I just accept that everything is done with that ugly 99% or if I truly should go back and look for missing something. 
 

Edit: For anyone who might run into this issue in the future. Assuming you actually have everything done, I had to die and then re save for it to count 100% completion for some reason. I guess dying reset something internally?

I remember I was at 99 and couldn't figure out that last 1%, turns out I hadn't discovered a small corner in the Albino Wyyyschokk Cave, should be near the Imperial Refinery (I think)
