Priority Earth Black Screen

I'm getting a constant black screen with ambient sounds after the conversation with the soldier you meet after speaking with Anderson for the first time. After 5 minutes of waiting, the game crashes and sends me back to the XMB. Currently playing on PS4 on Insanity and my savefile was imported from ME 2 which also imported the save from ME1.

 

I tried reinstalling the game, going back to a previous savefile from Priority Tuchanka and rushing to Priority Earth. I also read that PS4 power cycle solves the issue but it didn't work for me. I found many black screen threads but most of them didn't have a solution. Hope someone has a solution for this one.

 

EDIT: So I found out my savefile was somehow corrupted by decisions I took during the third game and started a new game with the ME2 character import again, played only the main missions and the scene could finally load. Sadly I had less galactic points than the minimum and got the worst ending possible.
