All landmarks trophy bugged?

So, I am helping my boyfriend get plat in Ghostwire, and he is near the end of his plat route. Unfortunately we have two problems 

 

1. We triple checked with a guide and he has all landmarks discovered on his map, but no trophy popped. When I was doing my plat run it went pretty smoothly and popped without problem. Anyone has any idea what could we try to re-trigger it? Or are we boned and all we can do is to start new playthrough?

 

2. Hyakki Yako, he's missing like 3% of spirits total, all from Hyakki Yako parades, is there any known timer on which they respawn?
