How do you craft Resist Magic?

So my friend is playing this and not a member here. He has 100% of map unlocked and beat everything 100% except the shards which are at 97%. The only thing he cant figure out is how to craft "Resist Magic". It requires 4 ingredients. 3 elementals which are Resist fire, resist ice, and resist thunder. And also requires one of the fiend hearts in which he has 2. I looked up all over the net and the only results i could find were you need all 4 items plus alchemy bounty to be equipped in which he does. He sent me screenshots of all the items that are required sitting in his inventory but neither one of us are sure how to use them to craft the Resist Magic shard. At the crafting list i was able to craft augment gold but resist nagic doesnt even show up on that listvas an option to craft. If anyone knows what we're not doing right please chime in. Thank you.
