I have been replaying the remastered version for the platinum and I got all the 5 jokes from Ellie but the trophy didn't pop up. My question is whether the left behind one is needed in this version or not. No, everything in Left Behind DLC isn't required for the plat. I believe there's some statistics in the pause menu, but I don't really remember if it tells you which one you've missed because it's been almost a decade since I completed it. For Ellie's jokes, I'm sure you have to finish each one. Do not move your character while Ellie's telling jokes, and if there's a button prompt, you must press the button.
