You're My Hero! Trophy didn't unlock after completing all 41 Challenges

Like the title says.

 

Not sure where I went wrong but I finally ground out the survivals and nothing popped.

 

Game says 41/41 Challenges.

 

Would doing the DLC before finishing challenges have an effect? Is there any known work around that anybody else tried? I haven't found much on the internet about this specific trophy glitching.

 

EDIT: Reloaded a save and retried the last event 6 or 7 times and it finally popped... Super Weird, Fuck the glitches man.

 

& the 30 hour trophy popped at hour 28 for me ?

This is the disproval of the saying "Insanity Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results"

because it absolutely does not apply to video games, this being a clear example ?
