Ryan Industries Posted February 6, 2023 Share Posted February 6, 2023 (edited) You need to earn gear with this symbol for it to be eligible to be upgraded, you also need to combine it with a piece of gear that has a higher power level. I think I started to receive upgradeable gear once I got passed power level 100 with different parts but I'm unsure if there are other requirements.
