If you are planning on doing both platinums, get the Winning Mentality trophy on both versions while you are in a lower division. I screwed myself and went into division 5 on PS5 by winning like 80% of the matches and stopped when I got the  Point to Prove trophy. I got the plat on PS5 and moved to PS4 version and now I can barely beat anyone on PS4 in that same division.

 

Let me paint you a picture... in pro clubs on PS5 the max online player count was around 200, on PS4 it's 2.5K! This thing is actively being played on PS4 and you can make it a nightmare for yourself if you don't go for the streak trophy right away.
