Cannot access in some brains post-game

Hello there.  

 

I'm probably missing something but... I'm post-game, and I have trouble returning in some places, such as Strike City, Cruller’s Correspondence, Tomb Of The Sharkophogus.

The "Collective Unconscious" only proposes 8 brains (while 13 are explored during the game).

 

Any guess ?

For anyone else who comes across this issue, the Collective Unconscious does allow you to visit all previous brains, but some of them are behind the same door.

there are 2 sections of brain behind Hollis' door, 3 behind Ford's door, etc.
