How to get "100% completion" in this game?

I don't mean getting the platinum as it's very straightforward. I've gold times in every level excluding the 50th. Got to 6.1sec there and I can't figure out how to make it faster. :/ There are no strategies on the web as people don't care about this game after getting the plat. I have 59 golds and 1 silver at the moment and the game tells me my game completion is at 60%. Is there anything else after you get all gold times? Would be grateful for any info on this.

 

Edit: Managed to beat that level in ~5,5 seconds and it's still a silver. I guess some of the times weren't tested and it's either not possible or the "gold trigger" wasn't implemented into the game at all. Not surprising for such a niche title.
