Hard mode advice

Just use cheats until the very end, save, reload the game and then finish the playthrough. Hard mode made easy.

to make this more clear, turn on the cheats while making sure to avoid an auto-save, then quit to main menu and continue your game.  As long as you dont close the game from the XMB the cheats will remain active and wont void your trophy.  Just be careful if you are attempting this from an already started save file because if you do hit a checkpoint while the cheats are turned on pre-glitch it will lock the entire save out of trophies until you start a new game
