Trophy lists on vita

How does this work on Vita if you have the cartridge with both part 2 and 3 on it. Are the two trophy lists added directly once you start the game before you have to select which game to play (like the Spyro trilogy)?

I’m asking because I only want to play MGS3 and locally on Vita you’re not able to delete a 0% trophy list. Thanks

You start up the game and there's a menu where you choose MGS2 or MGS3.

 

Trophy list is added when you load the respective game. If you never start MGS2, it won't get added. Even if it did, you could delete it off your profile from a PS4 or PS5. It'd still be on the Vita locally of course but you could just restore the system to get rid of it. Unless you want to have all your trophy lists locally on the Vita of course.
