Sadly the game requires 3 playthroughs because of the 3 different passenger trophies. 

It takes a total of 9 hours for 100% (if you don't mess up).

As a heads up, full playthroughs are required for the three different passenger trophies.

 

Level select can be used to replay levels, improve high scores and find the gargoyles etc., but it doesn't update the outcome of the chapter in your save data. You need to save, kill or abandon all four characters in independent playthroughs for it to count.
