In case you're still wondering, no it does not, at least from what I tried. So if you got platinum on PS4 and transfer your save data, still gotta play through the game again.... At least you can new game+ it to make it go by somewhat faster.

If it's like the other Atelier games, you can play on PS4, and when you pop a trophy, stop and transfer the previous autosave to the PS5, and replay whatever it is you did to pop the trophy. It's a little tedious, but not too bad, and there's your double plat without replaying a thirty-hour game. Like 1.1 playthroughs.
