I exited out of the game and now it won't show me the types of choices I made, does this mean I locked myself out of Think Like a Marine?

looks like if you exit out of the game and then hit continue you have to at least start again using chapter select from that point, not sure because trying that now.

I know it's a few months after the fact, but it's worth noting that for heads only (or hearts only in the other games) play through, on the pause screen there is a message in the bottom right corner that reads:

            "You have only made choices with your head, where possible"

If you see this, you're good to go. Otherwise you can use chapter select (SELECT A NEW SAVE SLOT) and check at the pause screen once the game loads. That way you can minimize the amount of replay you have to do to get the Heads Only trophy.
