This game is multilanguage?

I have tracked down a used copy of the game for very cheap at a gaming store run by a friend, he will give me the game for 4 euros. 

Problem is, is the german version, game cover is all in german and on the back it say clearly that text and audio are in german. 

I want to know if the game has an internal option to change the language or if the game use the language of the console (some games don't have the option to change language but if you change the language of the console, the game start with that). 

I'm italian and I don't understand a single word of german so I want to be sure that is possible to change the language, at least in English. I have tried googling but I can't find a sure answer.
