I'm Machine Enough trophy new method?

Hello all, 

 

I was playing the game today on my first playthrough which is on "I am death incarnate" difficulty. I never once rode the panzerhund and just ended up killing everyone as soon as the level started and upon reaching the sewer area, the trophy popped. So, it seems if you don't even touch the panzerhund, and just run through the level and go about your "Nazi killing" the trophy will pop once done with the area. 

 

Just wanted to inform anyone struggling with this! I was shocked that I got it and had purposely made a save to come back later to do it but apparently not lol!
