Gold medal counter in game not updating correctly

Hmmm so on Train Sim World 2 my medal counter displays 15 gold medals but in reality I have a lot more than that. I reinstalled the game without installing the update (I have a physical copy) and it displayed 57 gold medals, I then completed another route obtained the gold medal score and my number of gold medals updated to 58. I then backed out the game, installed the update and the number of gold medals is now 16, so effectively reverted back to how it was appearing before I uninstalled the game. How do I know if I am going to get the trophies for obtaining 50 and 100 gold medals??

 

Edit: NB I do have DLC but have not obtained any medals on it nor is it installed
