I don't know if this helps, as I haven't played the game in a long time, but the quest sequence for A Desperate Case of Delusion is: Win a show with a Beggar on stage Find the Sacred Grove in North Minnesota Travel to the Sacred Grove with Walt Cure Walt with the Voodoo Wagon in the Sacred Grove I've got a feeling that the event triggers automatically when the 'Beggar' randomly shows up at your circus. I *think* he's an alcoholic clown?? The information above is taken from the finished quest log though. Hope it helps.
