Dynamic Team not popping

I bought all Lv. 2 Abilities & the trophy didn't pop. A few chapters later, I made a back up save just in case. As an experiment, I loaded a back up save, bought all Lv. 3 Abilities this time & the trophy still won't pop. I've read online that some other players had the same issue & that the trophy popped for them randomly in chapters 10 & 12, but it didn't for me. I also deleted & reinstalled the game & still nothing. I'm playing on PS4 Pro with latest patch (1.07). Any ideas what should I do? Thanks in advance.

 

EDIT: I got it just now along with Fully Loaded & the plat. Since Dynamic Team didn't unlock on my 1st playthrough, I was forced to start a New Game on different save slot. This time, I accumulated 8 Ability Points & spent them all at the same time (2 points for each supporting character). Dynamic Team popped along with Fully Loaded for some reason.
