Is Arcade Hero dead?

Edit: found you can do this solo. Go to solo co-op in arcade and select arcade hero and play it solo from there don’t need to play big multiplayer 

 

I’m looking to get online trophies. One of which is Arcade Hero but every time I join it says I need at least 6 player to play. I know boosting is an option but seems a stretch to try get 5 other players on at the same time for boosting. 
 

Is there like a golden time to try log in and get this where the online player count is up or is it just dead?

I tried for days, but seemed dead. I might get into a boosting session, but it’s hard to find time.

 

Edit: I just realized I need the featured maps wins, not hero. It took a while, though.
