I have heard of glitches when despite having a recruit at max level the DNA Tracker sits a 90% for said recruit. Now, I'm in a different situation, one of my recruits it's just at level 10 and the DNA Tracker for him is already at 100%, seems like actually a helpful glitch but It's still weird, should I worry?
