Missing Eagle and Shrimp Followers Skin

Im only missing the Eagle and Shrimp skins but i cant find them.

The Shrimp its random and the Eagle its in Anura but i cant find any of them.

I know this is a late response but I got the trophy for having all the follower forms today.

 

Two of the last 3 I needed were also the shrimp and eagle oddly enough, and I got both of them from the “???” Spin wheel in the post game.

 

It seems the spin wheel gives you follower forms you need from the base game, as well as the dlc follower forms (which aren’t needed for the trophy)
