Missing enemy formations

I'm aware that a specific enemy formation encountered on Mt. Koltz isn't available in this version. It involves the enemy Spritzer (which is availbe in other formations encountered in Narche).

But I've been diligently following many FAQs in order not to miss anything and I can't find two specific encounters (marked with * bellow):

 

(Outside entire Phantom Train)
Angel Whisper, Angel Whisper, Cloud (5/16) *
Bomb (5/16)
Angel Whisper, Angel Whisper, Angel Whisper, Angel Whisper (5/16) *
Bomb, Bomb, Bomb (1/16)

The thing is: I can't even understand what the FAQ author means by "outside entire Phantom Train". There are 0 encounters on the train station, and after Sabin enters the train, each screen has specific monster formations, and the two above are not included.

I've tried all train cars. Which one do u refer to? Is it to the left or to the right of the first train cars Sabin gets into?
