But it seems not available right now, probably because the game is tagged PS+ extra whatever. So do you know when it will return to normal? A free PS5 upgrade has nothing to do with PlayStation Plus, I believe. That bolded part sounds like the disc region and the PlayStation Store region are mismatched. Make sure they match. It is unavailable because you must first own both FF7 Remake and FF7R Episode Intermission (DLC). It is also the case on other PlayStation Stores.
