Can't access factions mode

So recently i got back on tlou for the plat cuz why not, im on my survival+ playthrough but when i launched the game i decided hey why not see multiplayer hopefully get a trophy or two, it tells me to download the factions content so i click yes and it tells me "Content not available" or something along these lines, if anyone has any idea how to fix it please let me know

Have you tried on another account, or maybe the servers are undergoing maintenance these cant be down surely as it was a popular multiplayer.

Nope haven't tried that, i suppose i will cuz i think i found the problem, it has to do with regions, i got the disc version for region 2 and my account's reagion is USA, so i guess imma get the game from the store, thanks for help mate.
