Zarok’s Lair won’t unlock

So, I’ve finished The Time Machine, got the Chalice, but the next level - Zarok’s Lair - won’t unlock. Tried replaying The Time Machine, resinstalling the game, but it’s still locked. Any ideas? Wouldn’t want to replay the whole game…

You are probably missing the stones. There are 4 of them. Forgot the exact levels where to get them. But you need it for the final boss battle.  
 

edit. My bad just realized it’s the PS4 remake. Forgot what it’s called. Not sure if the healing thingy is the chalice or the stone like in MR last one that got released in both PS4 & PS5. I pre ordered this game and finished it when it was out. So I forgot the healing thingy name.

The healing stone is at the beginning of Zarok’s Lair via the web and my memory of playing the original in 1998

I’m not sure why this is happening then.
