Decision trophies pop at the same time?

So i started playing Heavy Rain and im trying to get most of the trophies in a single playthrough, eveything is going good, but in the chapter Shrink & Punches I stopped Blake from hitting the Doc by accident (I wanted to do the Bad Cop trophy first, hitted x by accident while he was attacking him.) so I quit to the main menu and choose continue, this time not pressing any buttons. When the chapter ends, the game gives me Good Cop and Bad Cop at the same time. Is this a known feature? I didnt know the game remembered your first choice because i thought it didnt save it if you didnt complete the chapter. Playing the game in a PS5 if it makes a difference (got a few audio glitches where a character doesnt speak (no audio but I can see the subtitles), dont know if this is a remaster problem or becuase im playing on a PS5 and this makes the game tend to glitch.)
