Multiple missing weapon parts

I'm finishing up my first playthrough and picking up weapon parts and I've noticed that these parts are simply not in my inventory where I left them, I've gone back and forth multiple times between where I know the guide tells me they are and storage and they are simply gone? Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like my save could be totally fucked by this

 

edit: problem sorted itself out I got mixed up between saves
