True Mercenary trophy

Given that the trophy (reach rank 10 with all 4 original warband) is at about 3.50% of rarity, while each individual rank 10 for the original warbands are at about 1-2%, I wonder if the trophy requires something different, maybe reaching rank 10 with all type of units but it doesn't seem the case for me.

 

EDIT: the trophy is bugged in a good way. Personally it popped right after getting level 10 with my 2nd warband, checking other profiles the trophy may also pop out of nowhere at anytime.
