Unlimited stat points

I found this out by complete accident.

All you need is a unit that can level up a stat, and the glitch will transfer to either the previous or next unit.

Highlight the stat, then press either L1 or R1*, then Triangle very shortly after, you should see that a stat up is pending now but for the unit you just switched to, finally confirm the increase as normal. If done correctly, the game will assign the stat point to the unit you just switched to, and this won't consume the stat point from the initial unit that was supposed to level up.

Example: highlight Agility which you can level up with a unit (calling them "A"), this stat is not available to level up for the previous/next unit ("B", "C"), if the glitch is done correctly the Agility will not increase nor cost a point for A, but will be given for free to B or C. Is very easy to do, you can also cancel the assignment if you did it wrong so it's a super cheap way to get super powerful. This will massively make your life easier and counter the horrible RNG the game throws at you.

Obviously all but one unit will be fully maxed. For that final unit, just buy someone else and use them as a base to glitch the stats of the former.

 

*if you are fast enough and press R1 or L1 twice, you can move the glitch to an even further unit. If fast enough, you can glitch to a unit that is also 5-6 slots further.
