Is it me or the game is buggy?

Hi,

 

Is there a way to reply by mail/resend a pic again when is listed as DONE?

I'm at the beginning, and had some finished emails with exclamation marks ❗?

Probably something is wrong with my playing or still can't figure out how missions worked exactly...

Also, after 1st few missions (doing them 1 by 1 as some guides say) still no trophies pop up?

Playing the US version, the trophy list appears on the PS menu.

EDIT: Everything is fine, I understood the principle of the missions, and the trophies started popping up.
