Hereby a few tips to attain 100% and why it has ultra rare trophies, with thanks to other guide forums for the screens.

 

• In order to make it to 3 stars on all tracks, make sure you tune the car handling as follows for the base car, which would enable a lot more easy drifting. If you're struggling then play a bit around with the 'differential ratio', which can make certain drifts a lot easier. All cars handle differently.
  
  

 

• Buy the Rosso 40 as soon as you have sufficient funds. It handles great and enables sufficient maintenance of speed and direct controlling. Upgrade it to the max when funds allow.
   
• To get as much points as possible, focus on speed, the driving line and the drift angle. Sometimes it works better to have a high speed sharp angle drift for a short length, instead of having a long drift with a lower speed and a less sharp angle. It's not always required to start drifting as soon as you start and sometimes it's useful to just drift straight into the borders to get a high score.
   
• The Bonus events become available when you have attained 3 stars on an event. There are always 3 bonus events per event and it's always one of the following:
  
  1. Legendary score
  2. Average speed
  3. Drift duration
  4. Overall driving line
  5. Laps to pass
  6. Deep drift duration
  7. Driving line for each segment
  8. Driving line for each checkpoint
  9. Drifting line for each lap
  10. Score for each lap
  
  You will only have to complete each of these events once, so my advise is to keep a list and check off the ones you've met. Note that the bonus events can only be completed with obtaining at least 1 star. At the end of each event there's either a checkmark or a cross next to the bonus event. You'll probably meet the requirements for 6 to 8 bonus events by regular gameplay, most likely leaving the 'driving line for each ****' open. If so, make sure you get the 1 star requirement and just take it slow while driving the line.
   
• Buy and max upgrade all cars when funds allow. This will trigger the Rockefeller trophy.
   
• Finally, the remaining trophies will pop along you go and upon achieving 3 stars for all events you'll have all progress related trophies.
