I've interact with the TV once in the lounge and got the video of Batman dancing and after that, it's still tell me to interact with the TV but I didn't get any prompt, so I can't continu the quest. Look like it's a known bug, I've seen some post on Reddit, even a case for the dev open for a year now and no update... The NG+ solution doesn't seem to resolve the problem.
