Mission 17 help (bonus objective and location spoilers)

Not trophy related necessarily, but I've tried posting this in multiple places in hopes of a solution.

 

 

In Mission 17 - OCP Prison there is an evaluation objective that I'm hoping someone can help me figure out.  The objective is the Cunning Prisoner Stopped one.  I can't seem to figure out where this Prisoner even is in the level, hopefully someone on here can point me in the right direction.

 

EDIT: So on reddit someone figured it out.  The encounter normally requires deduction 5 to do.  It is currently bugged though and doesn't read your deduction skill level so it auto completes, leading to the prisoner getting away, only to die killing a guard around the corner before you can stop him.  Hopefully they patch that.
