Update the guide for xp strategies

Since the current strategy written in the guide is outdated, the wu shi academy and seasonal tower strategy should replace it in the guide. Even though the seasonal tower gives way more xp, the wu shi one should be included since not everyone is willing to grind the tower that much. Also i found a reddit post for how to upgrade the windbreaker amulet to make it op Here and it was useful for me to level up the tower faster if anyone wants to make it a bit quicker. @Rebourne07
