Bicycle Race - Post-patch method

All the previous guides cited going to Norway in free roam (or in a rally) and finding the blue ramp and letting the front two wheels hang. It seems like it doesn't work anymore, or it has been patched out.

 

I got the trophy completely by accident while grinding the 1000 rallies, with my controller taped down and me distracted by other things. The car drove into a barrier at moderate speed and the constant acceleration (it was an AWD il gorgonzolla) meant that the rear wheels kept pushing, suspending the front wheels off the ground.

 

I only realized I was AFK when I saw the trophy pop.
