Project Management - Have i f´ed up twice?

Greetings Agents

 

I am a bit of returner to this franchise because i enjoyed division 1 and loot shooters in general.

Seems that i always have trouble with some trophies for the main game when i use the NY DLC.

 

At first i boosted my character to NY and couldn´t get couple main game trophies. 

Now i made a new character, finished the main story and finished the NY main story because i wanted the lvl 40 stuff.

 

Welp, with the returning from new york i lost all possible projects for Theater/Campus and so i am locked out from the Project Management trophy again(?)

 

The only project i have now are all from the white house(Daylies, Weeklies) and NYC stuff.

Does that mean i have to start over again for this trophy?
